Shipping & Returns


  • FOR CUSTOMS, HANDCRAFTED & ORIGINAL ARTWORK: After payment is complete, your order will be fulfilled & mailed off on the next shipment day (FRIDAYS, except for holidays). You will receive your tracking code after your order is shipped.
  • MERCH ORDERS: After payment is complete, your order will be fulfilled. After fulfillment, you will receive a tracking number.

  • Please make sure your address & email is correct. I will not be held responsible for lost products because of invalid information. To edit your shipping address or contact, please click here.

Customs/Commissions (C/C)

  • Before any work can begin, payment/deposit must be paid in full.
  • No refund for services or commissions. Redeemable shop credit does not apply to C/C orders.
  • COMMISSION: You will be sent an information packet (slides) to explain my workflow with clients. Please go through before sending your despoit.
  • Digital Files: Project files will be kept for 30 days on DropBox. After those 30 days, you will have to pay a fee to release files


  • You have seven days to cancel an order. After which all sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your order from my art shop, you can redeemed shop credit to use towards a future order or service. This option is not available for C/C orders.
  • I will not be held responsible for any damages caused after items are shipped. I will however work with you to file a claim or missing mail search.
